Purpose – Stop Printer reports coming out of the printer, each a document is getting printed.
Scope – How to stop a report coming out of the printer.
Procedure/Details – Covers the steps to go under the printer preferences to disable the JOB ID.

User Issue: The printer is printing a report for each document they print causing a waste of ink and paper.
This screen shot shows the status for when the report comes out.
Follow these steps to fix and disable the issue:
- From the Start Menu on the Windows Search Bar>
- Type “Printers and Scanners” Find the printer that is creating this report.
- Click on “Printer Preferences”
- Click on "Advanced" Tab.
- Find "JOB ID " under the current window.
- Click the Dropdown and change to "Disable Job ID"
- Click on "Apply" and "Save"
Under "Advanced" Tab> "Job ID:"> Change that to "Disable Job ID" Hit Apply and Save.
