To leverage all of the features not offered through the web version of Teams (ex. screen sharing), you can install the Desktop version in a few easy steps.
To download/install the Desktop version:
• log on to the web version of your Teams account (teams.office.com) through Chrome
• click on the three dots on the top-right corner of the Teams banner
• select "Download the desktop app
- launch the downloaded file from the bottom-left of Chrome
• follow the logon prompts to complete the setup
• Teams will now auto-launch after each logon
