Steps to enable all Macros in Excel

Via Excel Options (Recommended)

1. Open Excel and go to the File tab.
2. Click Options.
3. In the Excel Options window, select Trust Center from the left panel.
4. Click on Trust Center Settings.
5. In the Trust Center, go to Macro Settings.
6. Select "Enable all macros (not recommended; potentially dangerous code can run)".
7. Check the box for "Trust access to the VBA project object model" if needed.
8. Click OK and restart Excel for the changes to take effect
