Outlook - Disable Focused Inbox Altogether (Optional)

If you prefer not to use Focused and Other inboxes and want all emails in one view:

1. On Desktop App:

   • Go to File > Options > Mail.
   • Under Message arrival, uncheck Show Focused Inbox.

2. On Outlook Web:

   • Go to Settings (gear icon) > View all Outlook settings > Mail > Layout.
   • Turn off Focused Inbox.
